This private school was founded in 1813. This is a boy's school, with girls admitted in the sixth-form. The school has a pass rate of 100% for both A levels and GCSEs out of which 75% achieved 'A' and 'B' grades in A levels. This school provides scholarships to students covering up to 50% of their costs. The scholarships are provided for Academic, Art, Drama, Music, Sport, Technology and for all round ability based on a combination of these. This school provides a boarding facilities.

Claremont is a big school with approximately 100 acres of grounds. The senior school has 400 students studying full-time, with class sizes range between 6 to 19 students. This school offers a range of facilities too including 3 Rugby pitches, 3 football pitches with many other facilities on campus. ACS is an international school set in different locations in the UK, one of which is in Cobham.
